Im Wohnen Katsdorf des Diakoniewerks begleiten wir Menschen mit Behinderungen in ihrem Alltag und schaffen ein Zuhause, das von Wertschätzung, Selbstbestimmung und Gemeinschaft geprägt ist. Unser engagiertes Team unterstützt individuell, fördert persönliche Stärken und gestaltet gemeinsam ein lebendiges Miteinander.

Deine Aufgaben

* ganzheitliche Unterstützung von Menschen mit Behinderung, die körperliche, soziale, pädagogische und emotionale Bereiche umfasst

* Stärkung der selbständigen Lebensweise von Bewohner_innen

* Gemeinsame Gestaltung eines angenehmen und sicheren Wohnumfeldes

* Arbeit in multiprofessionellen und beständigen Team, in dem Sie eigene Expertise und Ideen einbringen können

Dein Profil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuer_in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Sozial- oder Pflegebereich

* Mitarbeit im Turnusdienst

* Bereitschaft zum Nachtdienst

Bezahlung lt. Kollektivvertrag Diakonie; Mindestgehalt brutto FSB € 3.031,20; PFA: € 3.112,88; PA: € 2.971,16 bei Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden), Mehrzahlung je nach Vordienst- & Ausbildungszeiten.
