Als verpakkingsoperator ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het verpakkingsproces. Je volgt de verpakkingsplanning nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat verschillende machines correct ingesteld en bediend worden. Je bewaakt het volledige proces, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt in wanneer je een afwijking of kleine technische storing opmerkt.

  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van de verpakkingsplanning.
  • Instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van de verpakkingsmachines.
  • Bedienen van de weeginstallatie.
  • Instellen en bedienen van de etiketteermachine.
  • Bedienen en opvolgen van de palettiseerrobot.
  • Controleren van het verpakkingsproces en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Regelmatig uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische storingen.
  • Grotere technische problemen correct signaleren aan de betrokken dienst.
  • Mee zorgen voor orde, netheid en een georganiseerde werkplek.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van de nodige productiegegevens.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van het verpakkingsproces.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in geautomatiseerde machines.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer en courante softwareprogramma's.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je bent technisch voldoende sterk om kleine storingen zelf op te lossen.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technieken en processen.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en bent communicatief sterk.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om in de vaste nachtploeg te werken.
