Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag in een productieomgeving en haal je voldoening uit een vlot draaiend proces? Dan is deze functie als Verpakkingsoperator iets voor jou.

Als verpakkingsoperator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat producten correct verpakt worden, bewaakt de kwaliteit en houdt de verpakkingslijn optimaal draaiende. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en technische kennis verloopt de productie efficiënt en volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw taken

  • Instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van de verpakkingslijn.
  • Bewaken van het productieproces en tijdig ingrijpen waar nodig.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en staalnames.
  • Controleren van etiketten, productcodes, data en gewichten.
  • Verzorgen van een correcte palletisatie en opvolgen van de wikkelinstallatie.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van productwissels en omstellingen aan de lijn.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en zorgen voor een duidelijke ploegoverdracht.
  • Werken in een 3-ploegensysteem.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands voldoende om vlot te communiceren en veiligheidsinstructies correct op te volgen.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt ervaring met het bedienen van machines.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om productieprocessen efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team en voelt je thuis in een ploegensysteem.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
