Ben jij een zelfstandige professional die graag werkt binnen een dynamische ambulante setting en snel zijn of haar weg weet te vinden binnen een team? Dan is deze opdracht iets voor jou. Als Verpleegkundig Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van medische intakegesprekken, screeningsgesprekken en aanvullende diagnostiek waar nodig. Je voert behandelingen uit conform het behandelplan en bent betrokken bij medicatieconsulten, behandeltrajecten en crisisinterventies. Daarbij vervul je een belangrijke rol als regiebehandelaar en bewaak je de voortgang en kwaliteit van de zorg. Je neemt actief deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen, cliëntbesprekingen en casuïstiekbesprekingen. Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage aan beleidsontwikkelingen en diverse overlegstructuren op lokaal en regionaal niveau. Ook begeleid je verpleegkundigen in opleiding en draag je vanuit jouw expertise bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team en de kwaliteit van zorg. De opdracht vraagt om een flexibele en betrokken professional die zelfstandig kan werken, snel kan schakelen en zich thuis voelt binnen een ambulante behandelsetting. Voor deze functie is fysieke aanwezigheid op locatie vereist; hybride werken behoort niet tot de mogelijkheden.
