Verpleegkundig Specialist Ondersteuning & Herstel - Noord - Amsterdam - 24 - 36 - Mentrum - Verpleegkundig specialist Verpleegkundig Specialist Ondersteuning & Herstel - Noord Voor ons team Ondersteuning & Herstel (O&H) in Amsterdam-Noord zijn we op zoek naar een verpleegkundig specialist die graag werkt op het snijvlak van specialistische ggz, herstel en het dagelijks leven van cliënten. Je krijgt de ruimte om als regiebehandelaar zelfstandig te werken, een eigen caseload op te bouwen en tegelijkertijd een belangrijke inhoudelijke rol te spelen binnen het verpleegkundige team. Amsterdam-Noord is een dynamisch en veelzijdig stadsdeel met een grote diversiteit aan mensen, buurten en leefwerelden. Juist die diversiteit maakt het werk interessant. Je leert de wijk en haar mogelijkheden goed kennen en kijkt samen met cliënten welke ondersteuning nodig is om hun herstel verder vorm te geven. Daarbij ligt de nadruk steeds meer op wat iemand zélf kan en wil, met ondersteuning vanuit de wijk waar dat mogelijk is. Wat ga je doen? Werken als verpleegkundig specialist bij Ondersteuning en Herstel (O&H) betekent dat je de rol hebt als regiebehandelaar met een eigen caseload. Daarnaast stuur je het verpleegkundige team aan en denk je mee over teamontwikkelingen om de inhoudelijke zorg te verbeteren. Je werkt nauw samen met FACT teams én met andere afdelingen van Arkin. Je schrijft medicatie voor en houdt zicht op (bij)werkingen en lab-controles. Je doet de jaarlijkse behandelplan bespreking met cliënten en je borgt de somatische screeningen. De geleverde zorg wordt met name verstrekt aan cliënten die een tijd intensieve hulp hebben gehad binnen de SGGZ en dit hebben afgerond, maar die af en toe nog wel iemand nodig hebben om op terug te kunnen vallen. Overgang naar O&H is een soort 'promotie' naar minder...
