Naast jouw coördinerende rol blijf je actief binnen je eigen team. Je voert directe zorgtaken uit, blijft verantwoordelijk voor je EVV-werkzaamheden en neemt actief deel aan verschillende overleggen. Je houdt je daarnaast onder andere bezig met: - Het bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten en het volgen van de voortgang - Het stimuleren van kwaliteitsverbetering binnen teams en op etages - Het coachen en begeleiden van collega's op het gebied van zorgprocessen, klinisch redeneren, dagelijkse coördinatie, samenwerking, feedback geven en werken volgens protocollen - Het afstemmen van multidisciplinaire zorg samen met HBO-verpleegkundigen en behandelaren Wat breng jij mee? - Een diploma mbo-niveau 4 Verpleegkunde - Minimale beschikbaarheid van 28 uur per week - Kennis van protocollen, procedures en werkwijzen - Goede digitale vaardigheden - Je bent proactief, toont leiderschap en hebt een kritisch denkvermogen Wat bieden wij jou?
