  • Observeren en rapporteren van de gezondheidstoestand van oudere patiënten
  • Je voert de verschillende verpleegtechnische handelingen correct uit.
  • Begeleiden bij ADL-activiteiten (wassen, aankleden, eten)
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van zorgplannen in overleg met het multidisciplinair team
  • Wondzorg en opvolging van decubituspreventie
  • Je bent bachelorverpleegkundige of gegradueerd verpleegkundige
  • Je bent in staat om snel te anticiperen en past je planning aan
  • Affiniteit met palliatieve zorg en dementieproblematiek
  • Empathisch en geduldig in omgang met ouderen
