The posting

WZC Coralia, een splinternieuw woonzorgcentrum in het hart van Waarloos, opende begin januari 2022 de deuren en biedt een thuis of tijdelijk verblijf aan 76 bewoners. Tussen 12 en 16 bewoners verblijven in één van de zes woongroepen, elk met een eigen woon- en eetkamer.

In WZC Coralia staat wonen en leven op het ritme van de bewoner centraal. Iedereen – bewoners, bezoekers en collega’s – mag van ons hartelijkheid, warmte en respect verwachten.

Voor onze woongroepen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega:

Verpleegkundige

Als verpleegkundige sta je op een respectvolle, vriendelijke en deskundige manier in voor de begeleiding en (verpleegtechnische) zorg van ouderen met dementie en/of ouderen met een lichamelijke zorgbehoefte. Met jouw inzet tijdens de activiteiten van het dagelijks leven, via comfortzorg en palliatieve zorg, creëer je een geborgen en aangenaam verblijf voor onze bewoners. Je biedt professionele zorg zonder de huiselijkheid uit het oog te verliezen.

Je zorgt er bovendien voor dat mantelzorgers, familie en bezoekers zich welkom voelen in WZC Coralia.

  • Je beschikt over een A1(bachelor) of A2(HBO5) diploma van verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderen.
  • Je hebt een rustige en positieve ingesteldheid die je stressbestendig maakt.
  • Je kan zelfstandig je werk plannen en organiseren.
  • Zin voor initiatief en het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid zijn enkele van je troeven.
  • Je bent bereid bij te blijven met actuele ontwikkelingen in de ouderenzorg.
  • Je werkt loyaal mee in het team om de visie van ons huis waar te maken.
  • Je collega’s kunnen op jou rekenen.
  • Je kan duidelijk en correct communiceren met collega’s, bewoners en familie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en correct.
