The posting

De Vereniging Najaarszon wenst voor de assistentiewoningen De Rijdt over te gaan tot de aanwerving van een verpleegkundige. Opzet is dat de assistentiebewoner er op een huiselijke manier woont en de passende zorgen krijgt:

  • Aanbieden van een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening zodat het welzijn en de gezondheid van de bewoners maximaal gevrijwaard wordt;
  • In overleg met de hoofdverpleegkundige en de artsen instaan voor de verpleegkundige verzorging van de bewoners;
  • Het uitvoeren van verzorgingshandelingen, volgens de richtlijnen van het verzorgingsdossier (o.a. wondverzorging, O2 toediening, neus-, oor-, en oogdruppels, het toedienen van sondevoeding, anti-decubituspreventie, controle vitale parameters);
  • Instaan voor het bestellen van de medicatie, de geleverde medicatie controleren, het klaarzetten en geven van de medicatie;
  • Meehelpen het zorgmodel en de zorgdossiers uit te bouwen en te realiseren ;
  • Observeren van en ingaan op de dagelijkse lichamelijke, geestelijke, sociale behoeften van de bejaarden;
  • Waken over de continuïteit van de zorg van de bewoner, vooral bij shiftwijzigingen, bij transferten van bewoners;
  • Begeleiden en informeren van familie en bezoekers, rekening houdende met de deontologie;
  • Afstemmen van de zorgverlening op de inbreng van de andere disciplines binnen de verzorgingsequipe;
  • Assisteren van de arts en nuttige informatie doorgeven in verband met de toestand of reacties van de bewoner en/of diens familie;
  • Instaan voor de administratieve taken die op de verpleegeenheid moeten verricht worden voor zover deze gedelegeerd worden door de verantwoordelijke verpleging en verzorging.
