Kom werken bij klinisch herstel Zegerkwartier in Alphen aan den Rijn en begeleid cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische problemen. Met jouw kunde en kennis van verschillende ziektebeelden werk je samen met de cliënten aan de best passende ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Klinisch herstel Zegerkwartier bied ondersteuning bij herstel aan cliënten met ernstige psychische problemen. Als verpleegkundige begeleid je cliënten. Samen met de cliënten en zijn/haar naasten ga je op zoek naar ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Het verbeteren van het functioneren en het verminderen van klachten van jouw cliënten staan voorop. Dit doe je door; - Herstelgericht te werken door uitvoering te geven aan de herstelplannen; - Deel te nemen aan (herstelplan) besprekingen om het zorgproces af te stemmen; - Direct in contact te staan met familie en/of naasten gericht op een betere behandeling binnen het bereik van de cliënt; - Te ondersteunen in de dagelijkse levensdomeinen/levensbehoefte; - Onregelmatige diensten te werken; - Veel waarde te hechten aan autonomie en kwaliteitsverbetering zodat de afdeling de beste zorg aan onze cliënten kan blijven bieden; - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit op de afdeling. Wie ben jij? Om de functie verpleegkundige goed uit te kunnen voeren werk je met humor en relativeringsvermogen. Daarnaast ben je stressbestendig en initiatiefrijk. Verder beschik je over; - Een afgeronde opleiding mbo of hbo-verpleegkunde; - Ongeveer 5 jaar werkervaring in de psychiatrische zorg. Waar ga je werken?
