Maak kennis met de Flexpool van Arkin. Je leert bij ons verschillende afdelingen en specialismen kennen en bepaalt zelf wanneer je werkt. Samen met de gedreven collega's van het vaste team bied je zorg aan de meest kwetsbare mensen. Wat ga je doen? Als Verpleegkundige begeleid, stimuleer en motiveer je cliënten bij de algemeen dagelijkse levensverrichtingen en bij sociale en groepsactiviteiten. Je levert een bijdrage aan de behandeling en beoordeelt crisissituaties. Je observeert en evalueert de (re)acties van cliënten en geeft voorlichting en informatie over psycho-educatie aan de client. Je deelt medicatie en verricht waar nodig verpleegtechnische handelingen. In deze functie ondersteun je verschillende specialismes en afdelingen. Vanuit jouw ervaring, kennis en professionaliteit lever je een actieve bijdrage. Je hebt een mooie en belangrijke rol in de organisatie. Daar waar de continuïteit onder druk staat, kom jij ondersteunen. Het geeft ook je de mogelijkheid om de zorg nog beter en breder te leren kennen en/of te werken bij het specialisme wat goed bij jou past. Je bent als Verpleegkundige breed inzetbaar en werkt bij voorkeur een aantal nachtdiensten per week. Wij werken met een app waarin jezelf je diensten qua tijdens en locaties kan kiezen en inplannen. Dit geeft jou regie over je eigen rooster en inzetbaarheid. Wij bieden jou - Je komt in dienst bij de Flexpool en wordt, afhankelijk van je opleidingsniveau, ingeschaald conform de CAO GGZ: FWG 45 voor mbo-verpleegkundigen (min. € 3.180,- / max. € 4.273,-) of FWG 50 voor hbo-verpleegkundigen (min. €3.560,- / max. €4.7...
