Revalidatie met een duidelijk doel

Bij Plataan in Heerlen komen cliënten tijdelijk bij ons om te herstellen, te revalideren of weer grip te krijgen op hun dagelijks leven. Bijvoorbeeld na een operatie, een acute gezondheidsverandering of wanneer iemand tijdelijk intensieve medische en verpleegkundige ondersteuning nodig heeft. Op locatie Plataan is geen dag hetzelfde.

Jouw rol in het herstel

Als verpleegkundige ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het revalidatieteam. Je combineert een scherpe verpleegkundige blik met aandacht voor de persoon achter de zorgvraag. Je weet wanneer je moet handelen, maar ook wanneer je iemand juist de ruimte geeft om het zelf te proberen.

  • Aandacht & Verpleegtechniek: Je voert complexe verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en bewaart het overzicht bij acute medische of veranderende situaties op de afdeling.
  • Echt luisteren: Je kijkt voorbij de medische diagnose. Je leert de mens achter de client kennen, stelt hen gerust en biedt een veilige omgeving in een vaak onzekere periode.
  • Samenwerken met korte lijnen: Je werkt nauw samen met de specialist ouderengeneeskunde, behandelaren en naasten. Jouw observaties en inbreng zijn onmisbaar in het behandelproces.
  • Elke dag een beetje beter: Je denkt graag actief mee over hoe we onze zorg en ons werkplezier op de afdeling steeds verder kunnen verbeteren.

Je bent een verpleegkundige die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van een omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is.

  • Je hebt een afgerond diploma MBO-4 of HBO Verpleegkunde en een geldige BIG registratie
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar klinische zorg en welzijn hand in hand gaan.
  • Je blijft kalm en gestructureerd als het druk is, en weet met jouw positieve energie rust te brengen op de afdeling.
