Verpleegkundige EMB Verpleegkundige EMB (18 - 24 uur) Werk jij graag met mensen met een ernstige meervoudige beperking (EMB) en haal je voldoening uit het bieden van intensieve zorg en nabijheid? Denk je daarnaast graag mee over verpleegkundige zorg en kwaliteit van begeleiding? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Over de locatie Oosterlandenhof is een woonlocatie waar cliënten met een ernstige meervoudige beperking wonen. De cliënten hebben vaak een combinatie van verstandelijke, lichamelijke en medische zorgvragen en zijn in hun dagelijks leven sterk afhankelijk van ondersteuning. Als verpleegkundige werk je in een kleinschalig team van begeleiders en verpleegkundigen. Samen zorgen jullie voor een veilige en stabiele woonomgeving waarin cliënten zich gezien en ondersteund voelen. De zorg bestaat uit een combinatie van: - ADL-ondersteuning - verpleegtechnische zorg - begeleiding in het dagelijks leven - observatie van gezondheid en welzijn Wat ga je doen? Als verpleegkundige bied je dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding aan cliënten met een intensieve ondersteuningsvraag. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen - ondersteunen bij ADL-zorg - medicatie verstrekken en controleren - werken met hulpmiddelen zoals tilliften - observeren van lichamelijke en gedragsmatige signalen - rapporteren in het elektronisch cliëntdossier (ECD) - meedenken over zorgplannen en verpleegkundig beleid Je werkt in onregelmatige diensten, waaronder dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten. Hiernaast werk je ook gemiddeld 4 keer in de maand een nachtdienst. Hierbij werk je zelfstandig tussen 23.00 en 07.00 uur , met ondersteuning van: - een slaapwacht die je indien nodig kunt inschakelen - diverse zorg- en alarmeringshulpmiddelen - Digicontact, waar collega's meekijken en meedenken bij complexe situaties Dit ben jij Je bent een betrokken zorgprofessional die rust, nabijheid en structuur kan bieden aan cliënten me...
