Met slechts een 70-tal bewoners kennen we iedereen nog bij naam (en zij ons ook).

Je verpleegt zowel mensen met een hogere als met een lagere zorgbehoefte. Hierbij is de ondersteuning van kwaliteit van leven je prioriteit.

Een enthousiast team medewerkers staat klaar om jou welkom te heten in ons huis als :

BACHELOR of GRADUAAT VERPLEEGKUNDIGE in dag met variabel uurrooster :

7-15u /9-17u30 /13u30-21u : Aantal uren/week bespreekbaar !

TAKENPAKKET

Verlenen van integrale zorg (verpleegkundig en psychosociaal) aan bewoners van het WZC :

- Fysieke en mentale toestand van persoon met zorgbehoefte inschatten.

- Verpleegkundige (incl. palliatieve) zorgen verlenen met focus op kwaliteit van leven.

- Op basis van zorgbehoefte dokter/ziekenhuis contacteren, arts begeleiden bij patiëntenronde in WZC.

- Samenwerken met interdisciplinair team.

- Aansturen van team zorgkundigen en hen ondersteunen bij hun taken.

- Patiëntendossier vervolledigen met respect voor privacy.

- Opvolgen van medicatie en toediening ervan.

- Informeren en psychosociaal ondersteunen van bewoners en naasten.

- Optreden conform de Wet Patiëntenrechten en opgemaakte wilsbeschikkingen/zorgplanning.

- Waardigheid van de bewoners ondersteunen.
