Als gediplomeerd Verpleegkundige heb jij oprechte en persoonsgerichte aandacht voor en interesse in de Indische of Molukse bewoner. Je stelt de bewoner centraal en samen met collega's (ook uit andere disciplines) bied jij hen de zorg en ondersteuning waar nodig. Om het dagelijkse leef comfort te bevorderen en de kwaliteit van leven te behouden of te verbeteren. Je werkt volgens protocollen en richtlijnen, maar jij hebt het lef om daar beargumenteerd vanaf te wijken als de situatie daarom vraagt.

Als Verpleegkundige heb jij oprechte en persoonsgerichte aandacht voor en interesse in de Indische of Molukse bewoner. Je stelt de bewoner centraal en samen met collega's (ook uit andere disciplines) bied jij hen de zorg en ondersteuning waar nodig. Om het dagelijkse leef comfort te bevorderen en de kwaliteit van leven te behouden of te verbeteren. Je werkt volgens protocollen en richtlijnen, maar jij hebt het lef om daar beargumenteerd vanaf te wijken als de situatie daarom vraagt. Bij Egala Zorg, zorgen we voor elkaar Wij zijn Egala Zorg. Met drie locaties en thuiszorg is Egala Zorg er voor kwetsbare ouderen in Breda en omgeving. We bieden cultuurspecifieke zorg. Dat betekent dat we ouderen met verschillende achtergronden verzorgen. Dit doen we op een manier zoals zij dit vanuit hun cultuur gewend zijn. Egala Zorg heeft drie verschillende locaties. Raffy is er voor Indisch/Molukse ouderen, Lâle is er voor Turkse ouderen en De Leystroom voor Brabantse ouderen. Drie unieke locaties dus, maar we zijn allemaal gelijk! Of dat je nu start als Medewerker Huishoudelijke Dienst of in het bestuur. Iedereen draagt zijn of haar steentje bij aan onze organisatie en wordt daarom gewaardeerd. Er werken bij Egala Zorg in totaal ongeveer 400 medewerkers en 180 vrijwilligers. Wij bieden gastvrije, persoonsgerichte en cultuurspecifieke zorg. Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om te groeien en ontwikkelen. Zo kun jij er écht toe doen voor de ouderen. Jij bent een belangrijk onderdeel van hun dag en maakt daarmee het verschil.
