Je ondersteunt verschillende woonzorgcentra binnen de regio en zet jouw expertise in waar die op dat moment het meeste impact heeft. Telkens werk je gedurende een afgesproken periode in één woonzorgcentrum, zodat je het team en de bewoners goed leert kennen en kwaliteitsvolle zorg kan bieden.

Geen dag is hetzelfde: verschillende werkingen ontdekken, een brede ervaring opbouwen en jezelf professioneel blijven ontwikkelen maken deze functie bijzonder boeiend. Je dagelijkse taken bestaan uit:

  • verlenen van warme, kwalitatieve en persoonsgerichte verpleegkundige zorg aan bewoners;
  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen en medische voorschriften;
  • observeren van de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners, signaleren van veranderingen en tijdig ondernemen van de gepaste acties;
  • opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van individuele zorgplannen;
  • actief ondersteunen van het lokale zorgteam met kennis, ervaring en een flexibele ingesteldheid;
  • nauw samenwerken met artsen, kinesitherapeuten, ergotherapeuten, zorgkundigen en andere disciplines om de best mogelijke zorg te garanderen;
  • bijdragen aan een warme woon- en leefomgeving waarin bewoners zich veilig, gehoord en thuis voelen;
  • meedenken over kwaliteitsverbetering en actief expertise delen met collega's;
  • vlot inspelen op verschillende teams, werkingen en uitdagingen binnen de woonzorgcentra van regio Limburg;
  • verder uitbouwen van professionele kennis en vaardigheden door ervaring op te doen in diverse zorgomgevingen.

Als verpleegkundige in de mobiele equipe bied je ondersteuning aan verschillende woonzorgcentra binnen regio Limburg. Dankzij jouw verpleegkundige expertise draag je bij aan de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de zorg, precies daar waar extra ondersteuning nodig is. Je voelt je snel thuis in een nieuwe omgeving, werkt vlot samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en weet zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Flexibiliteit, een proactieve houding en een warm hart voor ouderenzorg maken jou de ideale versterking van ons team.

Verder beschik je over:

  • een diploma bachelor verpleegkunde of gebrevetteerd verpleegkundige;
  • de flexibiliteit om te werken in verschillende woonzorgcentra binnen regio Limburg, met variabele werkuren;
  • collegiale ingesteldheid en de motivatie om multidisciplinair samen te werken;
  • zelfstandige werkhouding, gecombineerd met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en teamspirit;
  • goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • open mindset, waardoor je je vlot aanpast aan nieuwe teams, bewoners en werkomgevingen.
