Avida vzw is een dienstverlenend netwerk binnen de zorg voor ouderen en personen met een beperking dat bestaat uit zes wooncentra waarvan woonzorgcentrum Avida | Heilige Familie er één is.

Avida vzw staat voor wonen en leven ondersteund door warme en gedreven mensen.

De vzw omarmt de eigenheid van de wooncentra en ondersteunende diensten, die elk op hun eigen manier bijdragen aan ons WijS verhaal.

Onze nieuwe collega:

  • beschikt over een ruime algemene verpleegkundige basis en past deze dagelijks toe (klaarzetten, controleren en toedienen van medicatie, wondzorg, inspuitingen,…);
  • kan zelfstandig werken en heeft verantwoordelijkheidszin;
  • voert nachtelijke controles uit op o.a. de positionering van de cliënt en het incontinentiemateriaal;
  • heeft een basiskennis palliatieve zorg en dementieproblematiek;
  • heeft basisinzichten in het proces van ouder worden (geriatrische pathologie);
  • zorgt voor de opvolging van de bewoners en houdt de dossiers up to date in geracc;
  • begeleidt cliënten met dwaalgedrag;
  • neemt initiatief in acute situaties en verwittigt indien nodig de arts of hulpdiensten;
  • rapporteert belangrijke gebeurtenissen van de cliënten;
  • staat mee in voor de veiligheid van de cliënten en het infrastructuur.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een visum en diploma verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt een hart voor de ouderenzorg.
  • Je bent empathisch.
  • Je functioneert in een multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
