Op onze spoedgevallendienst combineer je deskundige acute zorg met persoonlijke aandacht voor de patiënt. In een snel evoluerende, hoogtechnologische omgeving werk je samen met een multidisciplinair team en de prehospitale hulpverlening (PIT en MUG). Zo maak je elke dag het verschil wanneer het er écht toe doet, met ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en verder te groeien in je vak.

WAT?

  • ZAS Augustinus (2610, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%)
  • Shiften, vroege/late/nacht

OVER DE JOB

  • Acute patiëntenzorg – Je verleent snelle en deskundige zorg aan patiënten die zich in een dringende of levensbedreigende situatie bevinden.
  • Klinisch handelen – Je past wetenschappelijk onderbouwde verpleegkundige technieken toe en speelt flexibel in op veranderende situaties.
  • Multidisciplinaire samenwerking – Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, verpleegkundigen en de prehospitale teams van PIT en MUG.
  • Triage en interventies – Je helpt bij het inschatten van de urgentie en ondersteunt bij reanimaties en andere acute medische handelingen.
  • Patiëntenbegeleiding – Je volgt de toestand van patiënten nauwgezet op en biedt ook hun familie duidelijke informatie, ondersteuning en geruststelling.
  • Technische en administratieve zorg – Je voert verpleegkundige, technische en administratieve taken uit die bijdragen aan een veilige en vlotte werking van de spoedafdeling.

OVER JOU

  • Opleiding en visum – Je hebt een bachelordiploma verpleegkunde en beschikt over een geldig visum om als verpleegkundige aan de slag te gaan.
  • Ervaring en specialisatie – Je hebt ervaring binnen de spoedgevallenzorg; een Banaba of postgraduaat Spoed- en Intensieve Zorgen, afgerond of in opleiding, is een pluspunt.
  • Interesse in urgentiezorg – Je voelt je aangetrokken tot acute zorg en kan je ziekenhuiservaring eventueel aanvullen met kennis van de prehospitale hulpverlening.
  • Stressbestendigheid – Je behoudt je kalmte en handelt doordacht wanneer de werkdruk hoog is of onverwachte situaties zich voordoen.
  • Klinisch inzicht en empathie – Je beoordeelt situaties kritisch, neemt gepaste beslissingen en combineert professionele deskundigheid met persoonlijke aandacht.
  • Teamwork en ontwikkeling – Je communiceert helder, werkt constructief samen met verschillende zorgverleners en blijft je kennis en vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen.
