The posting

Wil jij werken in een woonzorgcentrum waar kleinschaligheid, warmte en aandacht voor wonen én leven centraal staan? Dan is H. Catharina op zoek naar jou!

Onze nieuwe campus bestaat uit vier dorpen, waarvan drie in de nieuwbouw. Bij ons leeft iedere bewoner in een kleine, huiselijke groep en krijgt persoonlijke aandacht, niet alleen op het vlak van verpleegkundige zorg, maar ook in het dagelijks leven.

Wij geloven dat voldoening in je werk verder gaat dan alleen medische zorg: het gaat om betrokkenheid bij wonen, leven en welzijn van onze bewoners. We zetten in op kleinschaligheid, spreiding van maaltijden en een warme, hechte sfeer.

Jouw rol

  • Je staat in voor de verpleegkundige zorg van bewoners binnen je dorp.
  • Je volgt de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners op en signaleert veranderingen.
  • Je werkt samen met zorgkundigen, artsen en andere collega’s in een klein, betrokken team.
  • Je draagt bij aan een kwalitatieve, persoonsgerichte zorg én een warme, huiselijke leefomgeving.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderenzorg en een warm engagement.
  • Je werkt graag in een kleinschalig team en voelt je betrokken bij bewoners.
  • Je bent zorgzaam, verantwoordelijk en communicatief vaardig.
