De vzw Christelijke Woon- en Zorgcentra zet zich dagelijks in om ouderen kwaliteitsvolle zorg te bieden in een aangename en respectvolle leefomgeving. Met betrokken zorg, een warme woonsfeer en professionele ondersteuning willen we bewoners een echte thuis bieden.

In Woonzorgcentrum Sint Jozef zijn er drie verblijfsafdelingen, elk met hun eigen karakter. Samen met een gemotiveerd team zorgen we ervoor dat bewoners de zorg krijgen die aansluit bij hun noden en wensen.

Om ons team te versterken zoeken we een enthousiaste verpleegkundige die mee wil bouwen aan een warme en kwaliteitsvolle zorgomgeving.

Jouw taken

  • Je staat in voor de verpleegkundige zorg van de bewoners.
  • Je volgt de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners op en signaleert veranderingen.
  • Je werkt samen met zorgkundigen, artsen en andere collega’s.
  • Je draagt bij aan een warme en respectvolle omgang met bewoners en hun familie.
  • Je helpt mee om kwaliteitsvolle en persoonsgerichte zorg te garanderen

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderenzorg.
  • Je bent zorgzaam, verantwoordelijk en werkt graag in team.
  • Je communiceert vlot met bewoners, familie en collega’s.
  • U heeft een hart voor ouderen
  • U bent een teamplayer
  • U beschikt over de nodige sociale vaardigheden
