Bij WZC De Vaeren in Reet werk je op een groene campus waar bewoners en collega’s elkaar kennen. Je combineert professionele zorg met een huiselijke sfeer en een hecht team. Je bouwt sterke zorgrelaties op en draagt bij aan kleine en grote momenten die het verschil maken voor bewoners.

Jouw nieuwe taken:

  • je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de richtlijnen;
  • je volgt medicatie, inspuitingen en wondzorg op;
  • je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in gezondheid;
  • je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met bewoners en hun familie;
  • je werkt multidisciplinair samen met collega’s;
  • je draagt bij aan een warme en kwalitatieve zorgomgeving.

Als verpleegkundige draag je bij aan professionele zorg in een huiselijke setting, met onder andere verpleegkundige handelingen, opvolging van medicatie en wondzorg, observatie en samenwerking met collega’s. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor warme, kwaliteitsvolle zorg op een groene campus waar bewoners en medewerkers elkaar kennen. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten warmte, positieve ingesteldheid en flexibiliteit centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je werkt in een team dat graag lacht en helpt, en omdat je vlot omgaat met onverwachte situaties.

Verder vragen wij:

  • je hebt een bachelor- of HBO5-diploma verpleegkunde met visum;
  • je spreekt vlot Nederlands;
  • je bent warm, sociaal, positief en flexibel;
  • ervaring is geen vereiste (zowel starters als ervaren verpleegkundigen zijn welkom).
