Als verpleegkundige in WZC De Vaeren combineer je professionele zorg met een huiselijke sfeer. Je volgt bewoners integraal op en bouwt een sterke zorgrelatie op met hen en hun familie. Je werkt in een hecht team waar samenwerking en betrokkenheid centraal staan.

Jouw nieuwe taken:

  • je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • je dient medicatie toe en volgt parameters op;
  • je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn;
  • je onderhoudt contact met bewoners en hun naasten;
  • je ondersteunt zorgkundigen in hun dagelijkse werking;
  • je neemt administratieve taken op in functie van zorgkwaliteit.

Als verpleegkundige in WZC De Vaeren combineer je professionele zorg met een huiselijke sfeer. Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen, dient medicatie toe en volgt parameters op. Je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn en onderhoudt contact met bewoners en hun naasten. Je ondersteunt zorgkundigen in hun dagelijkse werking en neemt administratieve taken op in functie van zorgkwaliteit. Je werkt in een hecht team waar samenwerking en betrokkenheid centraal staan en waar je bewoners echt leert kennen.

Verder vragen wij:

  • je beschikt over een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO5 verpleegkunde en een geldig visum;
  • je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen en respect voor de persoon achter de zorgvraag;
  • je werkt graag in een team dat elkaar helpt en samen verantwoordelijkheid draagt;
  • je bent sociaal, positief en flexibel in je aanpak;
  • je spreekt vlot Nederlands en communiceert duidelijk met bewoners, familie en collega’s.
