Als verpleegkundige bij WZC Seniorenhof werk je in een warme, familiale omgeving waar je bewoners echt leert kennen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt samen in een team waar humor en respect hand in hand gaan. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor een vlot zorgtraject en een veilige, huiselijke leefomgeving.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen conform richtlijnen;
  • opvolgen zorgplannen en bewaken van de continuïteit van zorg;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in gezondheidstoestand;
  • aanspreekpunt zijn voor bewoners, familie en artsen;
  • ondersteunen en begeleiden van zorgkundigen;
  • je registreert correct en neemt administratieve taken op.

Als verpleegkundige draag je bij aan verpleegkundige handelingen, opvolging van zorgplannen, observatie en rapportage en je bent een aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, familie en artsen. Je ondersteunt zorgkundigen, registreert correct en draagt mee zorg voor een veilige, huiselijke leefomgeving. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten teamspirit, verantwoordelijkheidszin en warmte centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je samenwerkt in een hecht team en tegelijk verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor het zorgtraject.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO verpleegkunde en bijhorend visum;
  • sociaal ingesteld en hebt een luisterend oor;
  • zelfstandig werken én samenwerken in team;
  • flexibiliteit en stressbestendig;
  • een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
