Als deeltijds verpleegkundige in WZC Sporenpark combineer je professionele verantwoordelijkheid met warme, persoonsgerichte zorg. Je bent een centrale schakel tussen bewoners, familie en artsen en bewaakt de kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg. Je werkt nauw samen met zorgkundigen en andere disciplines binnen het woonzorgcentrum.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • opvolgen van zorgplannen en bewaken van de continuïteit van zorg;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand;
  • onderhouden van contact met bewoners, familie en artsen;
  • ondersteunen van zorgkundigen in hun dagelijkse werking;
  • uitvoeren van administratieve en logistieke taken in functie van de zorgkwaliteit.

Als deeltijds verpleegkundige draag je bij aan verpleegkundige handelingen, opvolging van zorgplannen, observatie en rapportage, en je bent een aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, familie en artsen. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg in een warme teamsfeer met vaste bewoners. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten verantwoordelijkheidszin, communicatie en samenwerken centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je schakelt tussen zorg, overleg en correcte administratieve opvolging.

Verder vragen wij

  • beschikken over een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of een diploma HBO5-verpleegkunde;
  • sociaal vaardig zijn en beschikken over een luisterend oor;
  • zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken;
  • flexibel en stressbestendig zijn;
  • beschikken over een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
