Als verpleegkundige bij WZC Villa Ter Vrugte stap je in een volledig nieuw en modern woonzorgproject in Hoeselt, omringd door groen en rust. Een plek waar niet alleen bewoners zich thuis voelen, maar waar ook jij als zorgprofessional alle ruimte krijgt om te groeien en het verschil te maken.

Je komt terecht in een warm en hecht team waar samenwerking en menselijkheid centraal staan. Elke dag biedt kansen om echt iets te betekenen: door aandacht te geven, mee te denken en zorg op maat te bieden. Kleine momenten maken hier een groot verschil. Met jouw verpleegkundige expertise én betrokkenheid draag je actief bij aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg en een sterke dienstverlening.

De dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • bewaken en actualiseren van zorgplannen en zorgdossiers;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn;
  • afstemmen met bewoners, familie, artsen en collega’s;
  • ondersteunen van zorgkundigen in hun dagelijkse werking;
  • opnemen van administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van de zorgkwaliteit.

Als verpleegkundige maak je dagelijks het verschil voor bewoners. Verpleegkundige handelingen worden deskundig uitgevoerd, zorgplannen en dossiers zorgvuldig opgevolgd en geactualiseerd, en veranderingen in gezondheid worden tijdig gesignaleerd en gerapporteerd.

Er wordt nauw samengewerkt met bewoners, familie, artsen en collega’s. Zorgkundigen krijgen de nodige ondersteuning, terwijl ook administratieve taken bijdragen aan een hoge zorgkwaliteit.

Menselijkheid, samenwerking en zorgvuldigheid staan centraal. Dankzij een warme aanpak, vlotte communicatie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel wordt elke dag bijgedragen aan kwalitatieve en betrokken zorg.

Verder vragen wij:

  • beschikken over een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO verpleegkunde, inclusief het vereiste visum;
  • een sociale ingesteldheid en een luisterend oor;
  • zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken;
  • flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid;
  • een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
