Wir suchen 1 Verstärkung für unserem Vertriebsteam im Bereich der Maklerbetreuung

in der Region Kärnten - Arbeitsort Klagenfurt

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Auf- und Ausbau des Vertriebsnetzes im externen Vertrieb

* Gewinnung, Ausbildung und Einarbeitung passender Vertriebspartner (m/w/d)

* Akquirierung eines umfangreichen, kostendeckenden und bestandsfesten Neugeschäfts

* Produktbezogene und fachliche Unterstützung der Geschäftspartner (m/w/d)

* Verantwortlich für die nachhaltige Umsetzung aller regionalen Vertriebsprojekte und Vertriebsaktionen

* Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Prämienziele

* Gewährleistung des reibungslosen administrativen Ablaufs innerhalb der Abteilung sowie zu den Vertriebspartnern (m/w/d) zu allen oben angeführten Aufgaben

Profil:

* Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Branchenerfahrung und ein breites Vertriebsnetzwerk

* innovativ und vernetzt denkende, proaktive Persönlichkeit

* Orientierung am Kunden- und Geschäftserfolg

* ausgeprägte Leistungs- sowie Problemlösungsfähigkeit

* Umsetzungsstärke und Planungskompetenz

* Kommunikative Kompetenz in Verbindung mit Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Basisarbeit und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Führerschein B
