Ben jij een geboren verkoper die energie haalt uit het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten én het onderhouden van sterke relaties? Krijg je een kick van technische producten en de bouwsector? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als vertegenwoordiger ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf in jouw regio. De volledige sales cyclus, van prospectie tot duurzame klantrelaties, behoort tot jouw takenpakket.

Daarnaast zal je volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Het volledige productengamma verkopen aan zowel B2B eindgebruikers als industrie
  • Een effectieve mix hanteren tussen "hunting" en "farming"
  • Specifieke behoeften van klanten analyseren en professionele, op maat gemaakte oplossingen aanbieden
  • Klanten en prospecten accuraat opvolgen via het CRM-systeem: klanteninformatie, planning en dagelijkse rapportering
  • Duurzame kwalitatieve klantenrelaties uitbouwen door een professionele aanpak, geen "one-off" verkoop
  • Systematisch de klantentevredenheid bevragen en waar nodig passende acties ondernemen
  • Regelmatig opleidingen organiseren voor klantenmedewerkers en winkelverantwoordelijken
  • Aanwezig zijn tijdens opendeurdagen en adviessessies bij klanten
  • Actief bijdragen tot de optimalisatie van het sales proces en rapporteren aan de Sales Manager
  • Je zal instaan voor de regio Zuid West-en Oost-Vlaanderen.

Opleiding & ervaring:

  • Minimum professioneel bachelor-diploma of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring
  • Minimum 3 jaar relevante succesvolle ervaring als vertegenwoordiger/buitendienst verkoper in technische of bouwtechnische producten

Jouw profiel:

  • Commercieel sterk ingesteld met een goede mix van "hunter" en "farmer" competenties
  • Vlot in gesprekken openen, onderhandelen en verkopen afronden
  • Administratief vlot en affiniteit met CRM-systemen
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
  • Een goede dosis zelforganisatie en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Verzorgd voorkomen en in het bezit van rijbewijs B
  • Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands
