Voor een groeiende speler binnen de HVAC-sector zijn we op zoek naar een vertegenwoordiger voor de regio Limburg.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties. Je combineert commerciële drive met een klantgerichte aanpak en fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen klanten en de interne afdelingen.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met bestaande en nieuwe klanten.
  • Bewaken van de klanttevredenheid en het bieden van een uitstekende service.
  • Opvolgen van offertes, aanvragen en lopende projecten.
  • Beheren van klantgegevens via CRM- en ERP-systemen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen klanten en de interne diensten en opvolgen van klachten op een professionele manier.
  • Deelnemen aan vergaderingen, beurzen en netwerkevenementen.
  • Samenwerken met de binnendienst, engineering en boekhouding.
  • Opvolgen van betalingsafspraken en klantendossiers.
  • Commercieel en professioneel communiceren, ook in uitdagende situaties.
  • Klantgerichte instelling en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Talent om duurzame relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
  • Resultaatgerichte mindset met commerciële flair.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Ervaring of kennis binnen de HVAC-sector is een must.
  • Leergierige ingesteldheid en bereidheid om opleidingen te volgen.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
