Ihre Expertin für Versicherung, Vorsorge und Vermögen in Wien 1 Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d) - Teilzeit (10 - 15 Stunden pro Woche) mit Entwicklungsperspektive Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte, strukturierte und vertriebsaffine Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d) auf Stundenbasis (10-15 Stunden pro Woche).

Mit wachsendem Kundenbestand besteht perspektivisch die Möglichkeit zur Erhöhung der Wochenstunden.

Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb organisatorisch, administrativ und kommunikativ und sind eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und Schadensabteilung.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Erstellung von Vollmachten und Kündigungen

* Strukturierte Ablage und Pflege von Dokumenten

* Terminabstimmung und Koordination von Kundenterminen (Telefonie)

* Erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen

* Vertretung im Urlaubs- oder Abwesenheitsfall

* Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Schadensmeldungen

* Kommunikation mit Kundenservice und Schadensabteilung

* Unterstützung im gesamten Vertriebsprozess - von der Vorbereitung bis zur Begleitung potenzieller Abschlüsse

* Souveränes Handeln in dynamischen und stressigen Situationen

Ihr Profil

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent

* Sehr gutes, klares und verbindliches Ausdrucksvermögen

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Vertriebsgespräche auf Englisch!)

* Weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Stressresistenz und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche sowie versicherungstechnische Zusammenhänge

* Vertriebsaffinität und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und professionelles Auftreten
