Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine/n Mitarbeiter/in im Vertriebsaußendienst B2B (m/w/d) für die Region Süd (Steiermark Kärnten).

Standort: Niederlassung Brunn am Gebirge 1 Vertriebsaußendienst B2B (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

* Professioneller und aktiver Verkauf von mobilen Energielösungen

* Kompetente und emphatische Beratung sowie Ausbau unserer B2B-Kunden (Installateure SHK-Großhandel Energieversorger Industrie Bauunternehmen)

* Potenzielle B2B-Kunden aufspüren - über Kaltakquise, Empfehlung und Leads

* Interessenten mit Persönlichkeit begeistern

* Teilnahme an Kundenevents und Kundenveranstaltungen

* Projektabwicklung sowie Angebots- und Projektverfolgung

Dein Profil:

* Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Außendiensterfahrung in der Heizungs- oder Elektrotechnikbranche

* Kenntnisse bei Pelletsanlagen

* Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb und die Fähigkeit, Wachstum zu generieren

* Hohe Eigenmotivation, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Hartnäckigkeit, Ausdauer und Abschlussstärke

* Eigeninitiative und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Fähigkeit, Kundenwünsche zu erfassen

* Führerschein B mit Fahrpraxis

* Wohnort in der Region Süd (Steiermark Kärnten)

Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Handel. Unser attraktives Gehaltssystem bietet dir die Möglichkeit, deine Gehaltsentwicklung mitzubestimmen - mit einem Einstiegsgehalt von 3.000,-- EUR brutto/Monat. Wir bieten eine marktkonforme Überzahlung, abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
