Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes und regional verwurzeltes Busunternehmen mit eigener Werkstatt und moderner Fahrzeugflotte. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Vertriebscontrolling (m/w/d), die mit analytischem Denken, Zahlenaffinität und wirtschaftlichem Weitblick einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsaktivitäten leistet.

Aufgaben:

* Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten im Linienverkehr

* Durchführung von Kosten- und Leistungsberechnungen sowie Pflege der Angebotsplanung

* Unterstützung im Controlling und Analyse von Abrechnungen

* Erstellung von Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen

* Optimierung bestehender Linienverkehre sowie Planung neuer Konzepte

* Mitarbeit oder Leitung von Ausschreibungsprojekten in Abstimmung mit der Betriebsleitung

Anforderungen :

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Transport- und Logistikmanagement oder vergleichbar

* Erfahrung in der Angebots- oder Preiskalkulation, idealerweise im Verkehrs- oder Logistikumfeld

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität

* Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit sowie Engagement und Belastbarkeit

* Branchenkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen oder Controlling-Tools von Vorteil
