So sieht Ihr künftiger Job aus:

* Sie beraten Ihre Kund_innen kompetent, bieten maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und verkaufen aktiv unsere hochwertigen Versicherungs- und Vorsorgeprodukte.

* Sie betreuen bestehende und gewinnen neue Kund_innen. Außerdem bauen Sie langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und aus.

* Sie präsentieren die ÖBV und einzelne ÖBV Produkte vor Kundengruppen.

Deshalb sind Sie die/der Richtige:

* Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im aktiven Verkauf (branchenunabhängig, Innen- oder Außendienst). Oder Sie waren bereits nachweislich erfolgreich im Versicherungsaußendienst tätig und haben eine einschlägige Ausbildung abgeschlossen (BÖV, Versicherungskauffrau/-mann, -makler_in oder -agent_in).

* Sie punkten mit einem gewinnenden, sympathischen Auftreten, ausgeprägter sozialer Kompetenz, sind ausdauernd und kommunikativ.

* Sie sind eigeninitiativ, verantwortungsbewusst, kunden- und lösungsorientiert und ein selbstständiger Arbeitsstil zeichnet Sie aus.

* Sie haben einen B-Führerschein und einen PKW zu Ihrer Verfügung.

Je nach Vita, Ausbildung und entsprechender Verkaufsleistung kann Ihr durchschnittliches Jahresbruttoeinkommen (Basis Vollzeit) mit Verkaufserfahrung bei € 38.000 und mit Verkaufserfahrung im Versicherungsbereich bei € 56.000 zzgl. Kilometergeld liegen. Durch Ihren persönlichen Einsatz und unser attraktives Entlohnungsmodell können Sie auch ein deutlich höheres Einkommen erreichen.
