Zur Unterstützung unseres dynamischen Unternehmens im Bezirk Schwechat suchen wir ab sofort 1 Vertriebsinnendienst Fleck Sonnenschutz ist spezialisiert auf hochwertige und individuelle Sonnenschutzlösungen für Privat- und Geschäftskunden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kund_innen telefonisch, per E-Mail und persönlich

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten

* Koordination von Aufträgen, Lieferterminen und Projekten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Außendienst, Lieferant_innen und internen Fachbereichen

* Bearbeitung von Kund_innenanfragen und Pflege bestehender Kund_innenbeziehungen

* Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Auftragsabwicklung

Ihr Profil

* Branchenerfahrung (Sonnenschutzsysteme) und Erfahrung in ähnlichen Bereichen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kund_innenservice oder einer vergleichbaren Position

* Ausgeprägte Kund_innen- und Serviceorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

Entlohnung

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 3.500,- inklusive 10 Überstunden pro Monat. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Branchenerfahrung.
