Werde auch Du Teil eines führenden europäischen Leiterplattenherstellers mit über 650 Mitarbeitern an zwei Standorten in Österreich und Deutschland. 1 Vertriebsinnendienst/Sales Operations Specialist (m/w/d) Deine Hauptaufgaben

- Im 9-köpfigen Team des Vertriebsinnendienstes bist du für die technische und kaufmännische Angebotslegung und Auftragsverfolgung in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Key Account Managern zuständig.

- Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und übernimmst eine Key User Funktion bei unserem aktuellen System Infor, zukünftig SAP. In dieser Rolle bist du für systemtechnische Programmierungen und Optimierungen, SQL-Abfragen und diverse vertriebsunterstützende Datenauswertungen zuständig.

- Du kennst komplexe Produktions- und Logistikprozesse, um die Kundenaufträge in Abstimmung mit allen beteiligten Abteilungen (u.a. Logistik, Produktion, Einkauf) möglichst effizient zu planen, unsere Liefertreue zu unterstützen und Kapazitäten optimal zu nutzen.

- Unseren internationalen Kunden stehst du telefonisch wie schriftlich für alle notwendigen technischen und kaufmännischen Abklärungen als kompetenter und serviceorientierter Ansprechpartner zu Seite.

- Es kommt der KV der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie zur Anwendung, die Entlohnung auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Std./Woche) beträgt zw. € 3.888,53 und € 4.190,57 brutto/Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Was du mitbringen solltest

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z.B. HTL Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, HAK mit IT Schwerpunkt, Industriekaufmann/frau), Interesse an einem komplexen technischen Produkt und mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung sind Voraussetzung.

- Hohe IT-Affinität, Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen, idealerweise SAP

- Ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse (Pivot-Tabellen, VBA, S-Verweise) und Erfahrung mit SQL-Abfragen

- Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist analytisch stark und behältst auch in stressigen Phasen den Überblick.

- Im Umgang mit unseren KundInnen, KollegInnen und anderen Fachabteilungen ist eine sehr hohe soziale Kompetenz und beste Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besonders wichtig.

- Englisch in Wort und Schrift rundet dein Profil ab.
