Für unsere Niederlassung in 4820 Bad Ischl suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams ab sofort: 1 Vertriebsmitarbeiter*in Innendienst Baustoffe mit Schwerpunkt Pflaster-Terrasenbaustoffe-Naturstein (w/m/d) Du liebst es, wenn alles zusammenpasst Beratung, Abwicklung und Kundenzufriedenheit? Stell dir vor: Du startest in den Tag mit einem guten Gefühl. Du öffnest dein Postfach, bearbeitest die ersten Aufträge und führst ein Beratungsgespräch am Telefon. Du kennst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund*innen, findest die passenden Lösungen und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos abläuft von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Lieferung. Denn du bist jemand, der gern kommuniziert, mitdenkt und Verlässlichkeit lebt. Und genau das macht dich bei Würth Hochenburger aus.

Was du mitbringst:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine technische Qualifikation

- Berufserfahrung im Baustoffhandel, idealerweise im Bereich Pflaster-Terrassenbaustoffe-Naturstein

- Freude am Beraten, Kommunizieren und Organisieren

- Ein gepflegtes Auftreten und ein sicheres Gespür für Kund*innenbedürfnisse

Gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben geben wir das kollektivvertragliche Mindestbruttogehalt von € 37.000 an. Eine marktkonforme Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist vorgesehen; die konkrete Vergütung wird im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs festgelegt.
