Die UMR GmbH sucht einen erfahrenen Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die aktive Neukundengewinnung im Bereich Industrie- und Gebäudereinigung.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Aktive Neukundenakquise im B2B-Bereich

* Telefonische Kaltakquise

* Ansprache von Geschäftsführern und Entscheidungsträgern

* Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenportfolios

* Kundentermine vereinbaren und durchführen

* Angebote erstellen und nachverfolgen

* Verhandlungen führen und Abschlüsse erzielen

* Neue Geschäftspotenziale erkennen und entwickeln

* Langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb

* Führerschein B

* Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kaltakquise

* Ausgeprägte Abschluss- und Verhandlungsstärke

* Selbstbewusstes Auftreten

* Keine Angst vor einem "Nein"

* Durchhaltevermögen und Eigeninitiative

* Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

* Unternehmerisches Denken

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in Gebäudereinigung, Industriereinigung oder Facility Management
