Wir freuen uns auf dich als: 1 Verwaltungsmitarbeiter_in für die Seniorenresidenz Schloss Kahlsperg (m/w/d) (Teil- oder Vollzeit, 30 bis 37 Stunden)

Du bist zuständig für

* administrative Aufnahme und Entlassung von Bewohner*innen

* Organisation und Koordination des Frontoffice inklusive Empfang und Telefonservice

* Korrespondenz mit Behörden bzgl. diverser Anträge, Abrechnungen und Bescheiden

* administrative Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung sowie der Projektmanagerin

* Rechnungserstellung und Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für die externe Buchhaltung

* Mitarbeit bei Projekten

* Organisation von Bewohner*innen-Veranstaltungen und Festen

Du bringst mit

* kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAS, HAK) oder Ausbildung als Ordinationsassistenz mit Interesse an Verwaltung

* Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse

* Team-, Kooperations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Lösungsorientiertheit und Genauigkeit

* strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise

* gutes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe

* Freundliches Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
