Onze klant met deze vacature als verwarmingstechnieker regio Leuven is een Europese speler in multitechnische diensten en ondersteunt organisaties met oplossingen in elektriciteit, mechanica, HVAC, energie-efficiëntie, industriële installaties en digitale infrastructuur. Deze organisatie telt zelf meer dan 1.500 medewerkers en heeft vestigingen verspreid over België. Klanten worden ondersteund bij het ontwerp en de bouw van technische uitrusting, en bij de exploitatie en het onderhoud van installaties in onder meer winkelcentra, industriecentra, hotels, ziekenhuizen en kantoren. Binnen de huidige afdeling ligt de focus op technisch en energiebeheer van gebouwen, met diensten zoals onderhoud en optimalisatie van verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning, beheer van sanitaire voorzieningen, telemetrie voor verbruiksmonitoring, toegangs- en beveiligingssystemen, waterbehandeling en onderhoud van elektrische installaties (hoog- en laagspanning). Onze klant werkt vanuit waarden die expliciet benoemd worden als prestatie, nabijheid en verantwoordelijkheid, met teams op menselijke schaal. In het kader van de klimaatnoodtoestand en de groei van digitale toepassingen positioneert deze aannemer zich als partner voor praktische en effectieve oplossingen richting een groenere economie, onder meer via energie-efficiënte gebouwen en smart building-toepassingen.

Jobomschrijving

Als verwarmingstechnieker regio Leuven werk je aan onderhoud en herstellingen van HVAC-installaties op verschillende werven.

  • Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan HVAC-installaties, waaronder verwarming, koeling, ventilatie en gasinstallaties.
  • Je spoort storingen op, stelt diagnoses en lost technische problemen efficiënt op.
  • Je voert herstellingen en installatiewerken uit aan HVAC- en luchtbehandelingssystemen in gebouwen en industriële omgevingen.
  • Je registreert en verwerkt je opdrachten administratief en rapporteert de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Je adviseert klanten over uitgevoerde interventies en stemt af met collega-techniekers en projectleiders.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie verwarmingstechnieker regio Leuven heb je technische kennis en kan je zelfstandig en veilig werken.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd betreffende verwarming.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als verwarmingstechnieker.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een attest GI en/of GII.
  • Je wil graag verantwoordelijk zijn voor bepaalde sites en projecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot en transparant met anderen.
