Dit ga je doen: Als Medewerker Servicebureau zorg jij voor de secretariële en administratieve ondersteuning van onze klanten. Jij zorgt voor de ondersteuning van onze professionals en collega's en verwerkt binnenkomende post, email en telefoon. Tevens bewaak en signaleer jij acties binnen de verzuimtrajecten, via de geautomatiseerde actielijst. Bovendien zorg je voor een correcte en volledige documentatie van al het klant- en cliëntcontact in de dossiers. Jij voert niet alleen deze basistaken, maar ook de eventuele toegewezen neventaken volledig zelfstandig uit. Ten slotte ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de klant bij complexe vraagstukken en ken jij op den duur de weg binnen De Bedrijfspoli zodat je hierin kunt ontzorgen. Waar je ook rekening mee moet houden: Als Medewerker Servicebureau ben je niet alleen bezig met administratie en planning. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor het beantwoorden van complexe en soms commerciële vraagstukken vanuit klanten. Hierin moet je dus snel kunnen schakelen.
