Je ondersteunt cliënten dagelijks, stemt af op hun wensen en behoeften en geeft net dat beetje extra door te signaleren wat zij nog nodig hebben aan verzorging of begeleiding. Elke dag maak je het leven van iemand nét een stukje makkelijker en fijner daar word jij blij van, en zij ook!
