- Verzorgende IG-De Ark (1) Verzorgende IG - De Ark - 2.735 - 3.592 per maand - 24 - 36 uur - Vast contract Op onze afdeling Verblijf Licht van De Ark in Wateringen, waar bewoners met somatische en/of lichte psychogeriatrische (PG-) problematiek wonen, werkt een hecht team van betrokken professionals. Samen met collega's, mantelzorgers en vrijwilligers bieden wij onze bewoners zelfstandigheid, veiligheid en sociale activiteiten met individueel passende zorg. En je doet het samen, met een team dat voor elkaar klaar staat. Het zorgcentrum heeft 59 tweekamerappartementen en een afdeling kleinschalig wonen voor 38 cliënten met dementie. Je werkt op een locatie waar cliënten zelfstandig wonen of intensievere zorg en begeleiding ontvangen. Herenstraat 85 2291 BD Wateringen Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG Als Verzorgende IG voer je ADL-taken uit, dien je medicatie toe en werk je volgens protocollen en hygiënische richtlijnen. Je signaleert veranderingen, registreert deze nauwkeurig en schakelt waar nodig hulp in. Daarbij bouw je een vertrouwensband op en stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid van bewoners. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een veilige, prettige leefomgeving. Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt Werken bij De Ark betekent deel uitmaken van een betrokken en hecht team. Je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en mee te denken over de zorg. Tegelijkertijd heb je direct contact met bewoners, met genoeg tijd en aandacht voor hun welzijn.
