Je krijgt een vast contract, waarbij de uren bespreekbaar zijn tussen 20 en 28 uur per week. Kom jij bij ons binnen?*** De Vurssche 20 - 28 Axel Einddatum: 06/10/2026 **Waar kom jij binnen?*** De Vurssche in Axel biedt plaats aan ongeveer 100 cliënten; zowel cliënten met dementie als cliënten met lichamelijke beperkingen. Je komt te werken binnen een geschakelde woning waar cliënten met dementie wonen. Met een betrokken team van ongeveer 12 collega's staan jullie elke dag klaar voor de cliënten. **Wat ga je doen?*** - Verzorgen en begeleiden van cliënten met dementie - Direct en indirect bijdragen aan een goed leven voor de cliënten - Vasthouden aan relationele begeleiding en verzorging - Feilloos aanvoelen van behoeftes en gevoelens van cliënten en hiernaar handelen - Passende oplossingen aanbieden om het dagelijks leven van de cliënten te verrijken Je bent flexibel inzetbaar van maandag tot en met zondag voor zowel dag- als avonddiensten. De dagdienst start om 7.00 uur en de avonddienst om 14.30 uur tot uiterlijk 22.00 uur. In overleg bespreken wij je (vaste) vrije dag.
