Vacature Verzorgende IG voor de nachtdienst Liever bij Aqua Viva Onze collega's kiezen voor Aqua Viva allereerst vanwege onze werkcultuur. Warm, collegiaal en toegankelijk. We zijn een klein huis met drie zorgteams waardoor de lijnen kort zijn. Het maakt je werk een stuk fijner en waardevoller, die bekende gezichten, warme overdracht, nauw contact en meer binding met bewoners én collega's. Hoe ziet jouw nacht eruit Geen nacht is hetzelfde. Met je hart, hoofd en handen sta je voor het welzijn van onze bewoners. Je bent samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen van zorg gericht op persoonlijke verzorging, begeleiding en verpleging. Onze focus bij Aqua Viva ligt op de eigen regie en individualiteit van de bewoner en het stimuleren van zelfstandigheid. Het is onze rol om de nodige zorg te verlenen. Onze manier van werken heeft als voordeel dat bewoners bekende gezichten zien en het voor hen niet nodig is steeds hun verhaal opnieuw te vertellen. Daarnaast zijn medewerkers goed op de hoogte van de situatie van de bewoners. Door de korte lijnen en nauwe samenwerking binnen het team ontstaat meer binding met bewoners en collega's. Zo werken we samen aan de beste zorg voor onze bewoners. "Je leeft mee en soms huil je. Maar meestal lach je. Het is dankbaar werk."
