Verzorgende IG ZorgSpectrum Functie omschrijving Verzorgende IG (EVV) Ben jij een Verzorgende IG met een aanvullende opleiding, zoals EVV (of bereid deze te behalen), en krijg jij energie van het coördineren van zorg? Werk je graag zelfstandig en vind je het belangrijk om echt een verschil te maken voor bewoners? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! Voor onze locatie zoeken we een enthousiaste Verzorgende IG voor woning GH op Het Houtens Erf. De uren stemmen we graag af op jouw wensen. Kom gerust kennismaken onder het genot van een kop koffie of thee. Wil je liever eerst de sfeer proeven? Dan plannen we graag een meeloopdienst met je in. Wat bieden we je? - Salaris conform cao VVT FWG 35: minimaal € 2.663,54 tot maximaal € 3.592,96 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur; - Vakantietoeslag van 8% en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarsalaris; - Een vaste aanstelling, zodat je met vertrouwen aan je toekomst kunt bouwen; - Een tegemoetkoming in reiskosten en onregelmatigheidstoeslag conform de cao VVT; - Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een pensioenregeling, collectieve zorgverzekering, inkomensverzekering en een regeling voor een fietsplan; - Ruime mogelijkheden voor opleiding en ontwikkeling om je carrière verder te brengen; - Fijne collega's met wie je in een goede, informele sfeer samenwerkt. Je komt te werken op woning GH op Het Houtens Erf, waar bewoners wonen met een psychiatrische achtergrond. Het is een uitdagende en afwisselende doelgroep die behoefte heeft aan duidelijkheid, structuur en regelmaat. Juist door deze behoefte aan voorspelbaarheid speel jij een belangrijke rol in het creëren van een veilige en stabiele woonomgeving. Samen met je collega's bied je persoonsgerichte zorg en begeleiding, waarbij je kijkt naar wat iedere bewoner nodig heeft.
