Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het geven van zorg op hoog niveau. Je levert samen met behandelaren en andere collega's een bijdrage aan een prettig woon- en leefklimaat van de bewoner. Je stelt in overleg met de cliënt en/of contactpersoon doelen op voor het zorgplan. Binnen de functie van verzorgende IG zul je de cliënten helpen bij ADL handelingen. Je deelt medicijnen aan- en verzorgt de wonden van de cliënten. Tevens rapporteer je over de ontwikkelingen van de cliënt. Jouw taak is om er voor te zorgen dat de bewoners zich begrepen- en thuis voelen. Naast de dagelijkse zorg sta je in contact met de familie- of mantelzorger van de bewoner.
