Dit ben jij: Omgaan met onbegrepen gedrag heeft jouw interesse. Eigen regie bij bewoners is geen vanzelfsprekendheid waardoor je altijd kijkt naar wat de bewoners nodig hebben en treed je, als het moet buiten de gebaande paden. Heb je ideeën hoe we nog meer belevingsgericht kunnen werken? Heel goed, die horen we graag! En verder: Heb je een diploma MBO verzorgende IG niveau 3. Vind je werken in wisselende diensten vanzelfsprekend ( dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten). Heb je sterke affiniteit met en bij voorkeur ervaring in de ouderenzorg. Ben je communicatief vaardig; zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.

Je komt te werken op de afdeling Kleinschalig Wonen. Hier geef je invulling aan een mooie dag voor onze bewoners, door middel van activiteiten, er gewoon te zijn en hen te helpen de wereld om zich heen te begrijpen. Binnen KSW zijn vertroetelen en geborgenheid bieden belangrijke speerpunten. Samen met je collega en bewoners vorm je als het ware een huishouden waarin je allen betrokken bent. Hierin ben je sterk afhankelijk van wat de familie van de bewoner aan informatie kan geven. Binnen deze omgeving wordt er vooral een beroep gedaan op jouw inlevings- en empathisch vermogen. Werk met gevoel dus. Kleinschalig wonen vormt een veilige, herkenbare en huiselijke omgeving. De zorg, het dagelijks leven en het huishouden vinden in de woning plaats. Dit biedt herkenning en het lijkt een beetje op het gezin zoals het vroeger was. De familie is altijd welkom en wordt uitgenodigd om deel te nemen aan de dagelijkse bezigheden.
