Rekening houdend met bijvoorbeeld je (klein)kinderen, studie of andere omstandigheden? Dan is werken in onze flexpool écht iets voor jou. Je profiteert van de voordelen van flexibel werken in de zorg, maar dan in loondienst. Waar en met wie ga je samenwerken? Als Verzorgende IG in de wijk ben je te gast bij cliënten thuis. Achter elke voordeur schuilt een uniek verhaal en een eigen zorgvraag. Samen kijk je wat nodig is om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig te blijven wonen. Daarbij stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid, bijvoorbeeld met hulpmiddelen of zorgtechnologie. Als flexpoolmedewerker krijg je de kans om jouw kennis en vaardigheden in te zetten binnen verschillende wijkteams in de regio's Aalten, Berkelland en Oost Gelre. In afstemming met de roostermaker bepaal je jouw diensten en routes. Zo houd je de regie over je werk-privébalans en werk je op de momenten die jou goed uitkomen. Alle wijkteams binnen Careaz zijn zelforganiserend en bestaan uit helpenden (plus), verzorgenden en (wijk)verpleegkundigen. De samenwerking is persoonlijk en laagdrempelig. Je kunt altijd rekenen op je collega's, de clustermanager Zorg Thuis en ondersteunende diensten zoals HR en ICT. Binnen Careaz houden we de lijnen kort, zodat je precies weet bij wie je terechtkunt met vragen. Nachtdiensten hoef je niet te draaien; daarvoor hebben we een mobiel nachtteam. Wat ga je doen? ● Je ondersteunt en begeleidt cliënten bij de dagelijkse zorg (ADL), waarbij je eigen regie en zelfredzaamheid stimuleert en bevordert; ● Je zorgt ervoor dat de cliënten hun medicatie krijgen en verricht voorbehouden risicovolle handelingen passend bij jouw deskundigheidsniveau; ● Je signaleert veranderingen in de...
