Wat jouw werk als Verzorgende IG Flexteam Nachtdiensten (VIG/verpleegkundige) zo bijzonder maakt Op onze locaties in Arnhem zorg jij er in de nacht voor dat alles rustig en veilig verloopt. Je werkt met bewoners met psychogeriatrische- en/of somatische problematiek en weet dat kleine momenten van aandacht vaak het grootste verschil maken. Dit is hoe jij impact maakt: Rust en veiligheid bieden: Je bewaakt de nacht en zorgt dat bewoners comfortabel en veilig kunnen slapen. Aandacht en signaleren: Je observeert bewoners, signaleert veranderingen en reageert snel op alarmeringen. Zelfstandig en professioneel werken: Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit (medicatie, wondzorg) en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dienst. Samenwerking: Je stemt af met collega’s, artsen en familie waar nodig en zorgt voor duidelijke overdracht. Flexibel en scherp: Je werkt op verschillende locaties en past je snel aan nieuwe teams en situaties aan. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te groeien Bij DriegasthuizenGroep geloven we dat jouw groei onze vooruitgang is. Daarom krijg je ruimte, vertrouwen en kansen om je te blijven ontwikkelen in je vak. En je krijgt: Een salaris van € 2.663,54 – € 3.592,96 (FWG 35) o.b.v. 36 uur. 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. Goede secundaire voorwaarden: o.a. leerbudget, een goede pensioenregeling en een actieve personeelsvereniging. Heb je een vast contract, dan komt daar nog iets bij: Fietsregeling, telefoon, tablet, laptop of computer, lidmaatschap van een vakbond, fiscale ruimte voor onbenutte reiskosten, aankopen van extra vakantie-uren (maximaal 1 week), verkoop van vakantie- en/of meeruren.
