Voor onze bewoners met dementie is een goede nachtrust belangrijk zodat zij gedurende de dag de rust en energie hebben om te genieten van de dagelijkse bezigheden. Zorg jij ervoor dat de nacht soepel verloopt? Het betreft meerdere vacatures en de uren bespreken we graag met jou! Wil je bijvoorbeeld 16 of 24 uur werken? Dan heb je gemiddeld 7-11 diensten per 4 weken. Minder werken behoort natuurlijk ook tot de mogelijkheden. De diensten zijn van 22.45-7.30 uur. Mijn eerste keer alleen met 7 bewoners met dementie vond ik best even spannend. Maar al snel wilde ik niet anders. In deze setting kan ik zo goed persoonlijke aandacht geven aan de bewoners. Dat maakt echt een wereld van verschil. De bewoners weten wie ik ben. Ze weten misschien niet mijn naam, maar wel wie ik ben, dat voel ik gewoon.'' ' Karen - Verzorgende IG en EVV Wat ga je doen? In De Antonius Hof wonen 134 ouderen met dementie. Voor de nachtdienst kom je te werken op 2 afdelingen met totaal 40 bewoners. Je bent natuurlijk niet alleen, je hebt nog 3 nachtdienst collega's die werkzaam zijn op de andere afdelingen, daarnaast werk je indirect samen met de andere disciplines zoals de Sociaal Agoog, Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde, EVV-ers en andere collega's. Je krijgt in de nachtdienst de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en snel beslissingen te nemen. Je kunt daarbij altijd terugvallen op je directe nachtcollega's. Hierbij komt jullie vakkennis goed van pas. De nachtwerkzaamheden zijn heel divers. We werken met domotica zoals o.a. sensoren. Je werkt aan de hand van de clientprofielen en zorgplannen uit het ECD, ook neem je enthousiasme, ...
