Voel je thuis als Verzorgende IG of als Verpleegkundige Bij Slothoven gaat het om veel meer dan zorg. Het draait om leven. Als verpleegkundige heb jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Jij zet je de hele dag in voor onze veelal oudere pg-bewoners. Dankzij jou blijven ze zo zelfstandig mogelijk en genieten ze zoveel mogelijk van het leven. Dit ga je allemaal doen: • Als verzorgende of verpleegkundige heb je een coördinerende en coachende rol binnen het team rondom de zorg voor de bewoners. Jij kent jouw bewoners door en door. Op de werkvloer ben je daarom ook het perfecte aanspreekpunt voor het team. Je begeleidt waar nodig collega's en stagiaires en geeft vrijwilligers aanwijzingen • Uiteraard steek je ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen, verricht je eventueel EVV taken en verpleegtechnische handelingen en neem je deel aan het multidisciplinair overleg • Je bent een sparringpartner voor de leidinggevende zorg, collega's en de locatiemanager met als overkoepelend doel het zorgen voor een prettige en veilige woonomgeving voor bewoners en werkomgeving voor collega's Samen zorgen we ervoor dat onze bewoners zich thuis voelen.

Functie-eisen: Waar jij thuis in bent Als verzorgende of verpleegkundige ben je natuurlijk thuis in ouderenzorg. Verder vragen we een afgeronde mbo 3 opleiding Verzorgende IG of mbo 4 opleiding Verpleegkundige. Je maakt ons ook blij met wat relevante ervaring. Heb je geen ervaring of mbo-diploma, maar wel interesse? Solliciteer gerust, dan bekijken we samen de mogelijkheden.
